Antex, since 1968

Antex is a Spanish private equity textile group founded in 1968, the business of which is focused on the broad world of synthetic yarns. To this end it has industrial plants Spain, Brazil and Mexico.

The Spanish plants are located in Anglès, site of the headquarters of the Antex group. The brazilian plant, which began operating in 2001, is sited in Facenda do Rio Grande, in the state of Paraná. The plant in Mexico, was established in 2010 and is situated in Tlaxco, in the state of Tlaxcala.

Nuestra empresa participa en el proyecto SPORT@FUTURE – Investigación de nuevas soluciones textiles y de calzado deportivas que mejoren la Seguridad, Protección, cOnfort, Rendimiento y bienesTar del deportista del FUTURO.

Este proyecto es un proyecto de I+D consorciado en el que participan 7 empresas y tres centros tecnológicos de referencia. Este proyecto está apoyado por CDTI - Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnológico Industrial y cofinanciado por el Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional (FEDER) a través del Programa Estratégico de Consorcios de Investigación Empresarial Nacional (CIEN). La fecha de inicio del proyecto fue el 1 de julio de 2014 y tiene una duración de 48 meses.


El principal objetivo de este proyecto se centra en investigar soluciones deportivas innovadoras mucho más competitivas que garanticen y mejoren la protección y seguridad, aseguren el confort, maximicen el rendimiento y prevengan las lesiones de los deportistas y cualquier persona que realiza actividad física, utilizando para ello nuevas tecnologías, procesos y materiales de última generación. Se pretende que dichas soluciones sean viables desde el punto de vista técnico, industrial y comercial, y que dispongan en definitiva de un elevado valor añadido, presentando un grado de diferenciación importante en el mercado con respecto a la competencia, que les permita posicionarse a las empresas participantes como referentes dentro del sector deporte. Es un proyecto pionero y referente en el mundo del deporte a nivel nacional, e incluso internacional.

La temática del presente proyecto se divide en cuatro grandes bloques relacionados con el objetivo principal del proyecto.
